Cheeks are deep, structural work — high G' gel, deep depot on bone, aspirate, and treat the cheek before any nasolabial fold. We use the assessment methods (Hinderer's, Wilkinson's, Powell's) to construct the injection points from landmarks (lateral canthus, mid-tragus, ala, oral commissure) and to identify the zygomaticomalar, submalar and anteromedial regions — that part really needs the diagrams and trainer landmarking. Two patterns, both ~0.5 ml per cheek as a guide: • Midface volume loss (direct product more medial): A 0.25 ml, B 0.15 ml, C 0.10 ml. • Shape & contour / cheekbone (direct product to apex and lateral): A 0.10 ml, B 0.25 ml, C 0.15 ml. These are guides — assess each face and let the indication drive the distribution. Deep on bone, slow, small boluses, and reassess symmetry as you build.
The flip in the A/B/C distribution between 'volume loss' (more medial) and 'contour' (more apex/lateral) is the whole decision. Same points, different goal, different pattern.
