Do you keep hyaluronidase on site? Feeling underprepared

Realised I don't have a proper emergency kit yet. Is hyaluronidase a must-have for filler days, and what else should be in the kit?

Yes — if you inject HA filler you must have in-date hyaluronidase and a prescriber available, plus know the vascular occlusion protocol cold. Also an anaphylaxis kit (adrenaline), basic obs, and the emergency numbers to hand.
