How did you price your treatments when starting out?
New clinic, trying to work out pricing. Did you match local prices or start lower to build a client base?

Don't race to the bottom — underpricing attracts the wrong clients and undervalues you. Cover your costs (product, insurance, time, rent) plus a fair margin, and price in line with local market for your experience level. Compete on quality and safety, not price.
No reactions yet I started slightly below the top clinics but raised prices as my portfolio grew. Worked well.
