Just finished my foundation training and I've got my first solo clients booked next week. Excited but really nervous! Any advice for staying calm and making the patient feel comfortable?
Totally normal to feel this way. Slow down, mark your points before you inject, and talk the patient through each step — a calm, confident manner reassures them (and you). Have your aftercare sheet ready and don't rush.
Agreed. I found doing a thorough consultation first settles both sides. Take good before photos too.
